These Terms govern your use of Content Engine (the “Service”), operated by 4D Advisors (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Content Engine helps brands plan, record, edit, and schedule short-form video. Features are provided on an “as is” basis and may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for any brand you connect.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the footage, scripts, and videos you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service (e.g. transcription, editing, rendering, and—at your direction—publishing).

4. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third parties including Instagram/Meta. Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms, and you authorize us to act on your behalf only for the actions you initiate (such as scheduling or publishing a post).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or platform policy, infringe others’ rights, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4D Advisors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
