This policy explains what Content Engine (operated by 4D Advisors) collects and how we use it. We collect only what we need to run the Service.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, workspace and brand details.
• Content you create: footage, scripts, transcripts, edits, and rendered videos.
• Connected-profile context: public information you choose to connect for brief generation.
• Usage data: basic analytics and logs to operate and improve the Service.

How we use it

To generate briefs, transcribe and edit footage, render videos, and—at your direction— schedule and publish posts. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors we rely on

We share data with infrastructure providers strictly to deliver the Service, including:

• Supabase (authentication & database)
• Cloudflare R2 (media storage)
• Shotstack (video rendering) & AssemblyAI (transcription)
• Google Gemini via the Vercel AI Gateway (brief & edit generation)
• Apify & Brave (public brand-context research)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Meta / Instagram Graph (only when you connect an account to publish)

Retention & your rights

We retain your content while your account is active. You can export or delete your data at any time — see Data deletion. You may request access or correction by emailing us.
